About the Author
Space Operas. Time Travel. Galactic Pursuit.
Hey, I’m Alex
Alexander Heed is the author of Pulsar: The Time Traveler, the first in an ambitious five-book epic. He writes space operas that combine the best qualities of fantasy and science fiction into stories that stand out from the crowd.
Alex is on the Autism Spectrum. He cares deeply about issues surrounding neurodivergence. And he will tell you his neurodivergence is why his universe holds together: Magic systems that check out, timelines that make sense, and a (probably) healthy obsession with details.
He lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the town where he’s spent most of his life. He formerly worked in the automotive industry as a Product Engineer. When he’s not writing, he’s likely working on his Volkswagen Golf GTI, playing with his cats Xena and Pippin, or hard at work writing book two.
